LiveToPrep has a plain and simple refund policy. When you sign up for a VIP membership, if you aren't happy with our product or service, we will give you a refund up to 14 days after your purchase no questions asked.
Simply contact us via email at [email protected] or start a live chat with one of our agents (during business hours) and we will issue you a refund.
